The Ty addresses listed on the left interior of the hang tag - "Fareham, Hants" is HIGHLY sort after collectible and a rarity from our research. ( Please See Photo's) 
 
Tag Errors:
Teddy Date of birth is in numeric format ( 12-25-96)  instead of typed out (December 25, 1996)
Teddy  hang tag state 1997 when in fact Teddy was born 12-25-96
There are 3 (!!!) at the end of the website address

There is no stamp on the tush tag which indicated limited production
Teddy was made with Polyester fiber and P.V.C Pellets (rarity)
