What Qualifies

You can return all new or unopened items within (14) Days of purchase for an exchange (if available) or refund unless indicated otherwise in your item description. We do NOT accept returns on clothing, shoes, accessories or clearance items.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will accept your return if you received the wrong item or if the item you received is not as described. You can also request a store credit voucher to use at a later date. You must present proof of purchase (customer receipt or invoice) in order to be eligible. You will be required to pay all shipping  to return your item (s) to the return address listed on your invoice or billing statement. You will be responsible for insurance on your returned items, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping when you return them to us.
